Democratise IT within large organisations

Since 2017, we have recruited an incredibly talented team from diverse backgrounds and locations to help us create a product that helps large organisations manage, govern and democratise their IT portfolio.

We have placed a strong focus on our values and our people. While we are a very committed and driven team to build the best product for our clients, we also have a lot of fun doing it.

We aspire to be a responsible company, both on the inside and outside. Everyone at Beamy is accountable for being inclusive, supportive and attentive to others’ well-being.
Full trust, full honesty
Transparency is our natural reflex. We don’t want anyone in Beamy to think twice about being fully honest and expecting full trust in return. Beamy's financial state, each team’s progress and challenges are disclosed regularly in line with this value.
Ambitious Ownership
We don’t want to limit anyone to the predefined scope of their jobs. At Beamy, everyone has an equal opportunity to take ownership of subjects beyond their own expertise and is always encouraged to become autonomous, learn from mistakes and take risks when needed.
Rising with no ego
Ego has no voice at Beamy. It is your progress that will do all the talking. We all have learnt to listen, avoid excuses and always look for solutions. Exchanging unfiltered feedback has helped us instil this value in Beamy’s culture over time.
